A keystone is the last and most important piece put into place during the construction of the stone arch, locking all the other pieces into place. Which is why this word is also used figuratively to mean the most important part of anything. Timothy is an extraordinary individual with an unyielding passion for helping others. With a warm and compassionate demeanor, he exudes a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. Whether it's lending a listening ear, offering guidance, or providing practical assistance, he goes above and beyond to support those around him. Timothy is also a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist with over a decade of knowlegde and experience to help you live pain free!

Miranda Stewart

Receptionist/Technician

Say hello to Miranda, Keystone's amazing receptionist/technician! She grew up right here in the heart of Troy, married her high school sweetheart, and has a true passion for helping others. As a mother of 6, you will not find a more compassionate individual. With a warm heart and a genuine desire to support and uplift others, she brings a nurturing presence to our office. Whether it's offering a listening ear, providing a comforting presence, or lending a helping hand, she consistently demonstrates care and compassion for others.

Cassie Lin, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner/Certified Functional Medicine Provider

Cassie is our awesome Certified Functional Medicine and Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a Military Wife, mother to 3 boys, and an animal mom to her cats and chickens. She has 12 years experience working in women’s health and has spent her recent years as an NP in Urgent Care. Cassie is passionate about empowering her patients to take an active role in their health and wellness journey. Combining her medical expertise with a holistic approach to address the unique needs of each individual, Cassie, along with Keystone Wellness believes in treating the whole person, taking into account their physical, emotional well-being.

Mandy Fremder, CTN

Certified Tradional Naturopath

Mandy is our Certified Traditional Naturopath at Keystone Wellness. She is dedicated to her craft, with a lifelong passion for natural health. Her journey began with a deep-rooted interest in holistic healing, inspired by her grandmother, who raised her on old wives' tales and traditional herbal remedies. Mandy's four amazing children fueled her desire to formally study natural health, beginning as a holistic health coach and advancing to a practitioner. Committed to guiding others on their path to wellness and a deep love for Christ, Mandy feels it’s her purpose to share the knowledge of God’s natural medicine with others. She wants to help others connect with the healing potential that God placed within them, empowering families to take charge of their health through natural, individualized approaches.

Dr. Adam Welch

Medical Director

Doctor Welch is our devoted medical director. He is wholeheartedly committed to aiding those in need and is a fierce advocate for functional wellness. He truly believes in the transformative power of Keystone Wellness and all it has to offer. When he's not saving lives in the ER, you'll find him immersing himself in medical fellowships in distant lands or seeking out heart-pounding adventures on the slopes or in other adrenaline-filled activities.
